Out-of-court dispute resolution
Until 20 July 2025 the European Commission provided a platform for online dispute resolution (the ODR platform). Regulation (EU) 2024/3228 discontinued this platform for good with effect from 20 July 2025. It can no longer be reached, and there has been no duty to link to it since then.
The provider is neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer conciliation body within the meaning of the Act on Alternative Dispute Resolution in Consumer Matters (Verbraucherstreitbeilegungsgesetz, VSBG).
